Because Career Transitions are personal.

For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in recruitment and talent strategy, partnering with organizations through growth, change and evolving workforce needs and working with professionals at virtually every stage of their careers.

I’ve spent my career inside the decisions that shape people’s working lives — helping organizations identify the right talent, advising leaders through hiring decisions and talking with professionals about their experience, ambitions and what comes next.

And I’ve learned something along the way:

Career transitions are rarely just about finding another job.

Sometimes they’re intentional — a promotion, a new direction, a bigger opportunity. Sometimes they arrive unexpectedly through restructuring, organizational change or the end of a role.

Either way, having the right support can change how someone approaches what comes next.

That’s why I created Career Edit.

It brings together my experience in recruitment, career strategy and working directly with people — providing thoughtful, one-on-one support for individuals navigating their own next move and organizations that want to support employees through career transition.

There are no generic formulas here. We start with the person: their experience, their value, their goals and where they want to go next.

Because a career is personal. The support around it should be too.
